Strict interviews are performed by highly qualified master and chief engineer to determine the technical performance, temperament, personality, communication skills, and compatibility with multinational crew, etc., stressing the right applicant for the right work.

Selection
Jalesh Marine And Offshore ., has a special online framework for supplying, choosing and selling seafarers to its customers. Customers may also remotely track the process from the comfort of their own workplace.
This is supported by two integrated applications, namely Crew Data Management (CDM) & Crew Management System (CMS). In Crew Data Management (CDM), all crew details including their CV, records, date of readiness / relief, etc. are uploaded, while customers can send an application in the Crew Management System (CMS). In the application system, we then receive a notification and propose electronically through the Crew Management System (CMS) that the client will see immediately with all the data of the candidate proposed. A special username & password is supplied to the client. Customers can then update the system in the Crew Management System (CMS) with interview date, acceptance, rejection, joining prospects, etc., saving their time and cost. Data from more than 100 seafarers is included in our Crew Data Management (CDM). For temporary access to the system for their evaluation & feedback, interested parties can contact us.

Computer Based Training (CBT)
In-house computer-based training (CBT) and tailor-made training courses are conducted by Jalesh Marine And Offshore according to our customer requirements. Under the supervision of Seasoned Masters & Chief Ingenieurs, courses are arranged. For these, we use Marlin & Seagull materials. 1# Marlins English Test
The Marlins Test Of Spoken English (TOSE) provides the oral assessor with a standardised interview format for assessing the speaking and listening skills of all ranks and nationality of seafarers.
Used as a stand-alone product, it provides a thorough assessment of the seafarer’s ability to understand and speak English.
Used in conjunction with online test it provides you with a complete profile of the seafarer’s language proficiency.
2# STCW 2010 Tests
If you’re a professional mariner or aspiring to work in the maritime industry, you’ve probably heard of an STCW endorsement. The Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping is an internationally recognized set of rules that determines what mariners need to know to perform their jobs safely.

Documentation
All our seafarers MUST have a valid national seaman book (CDC), passport, certificate of competence and watch rating certificates, all short courses and special training certificates as per the specifications of STCW 95-2010, as applicable.
In addition, it is also possible to arrange the CDC, COC and GOC required by the other flag state authorities.
Medical Fitness
Thorough medical testing, including drug and alcohol screening, must be carried out by a licensed medical professional or as ordered by the Principal/Owner prior to entering.
Cost
Our primary concern has always been the cost factor; we aim to find the most cost-effective approach to the requirements of our principal. We assume that cost is minimized by efficient operation and efficiency.
